You know what really sucks?

I'm 21 years old and I already take 8 medications daily plus an inhaler when I need it. I really got the raw end of the gene pool. Of those eight medications, 7 are pills and one is a nasal spray. The nasal spray and two of the pills are for combination hereditary allergies/asthma (as is the inhaler, but we're not counting that). One pill is a daily vitamin. One is a calcium supplement. Two of the pills are for a stupid feminine problem called endometriosis. The last pill is for hereditary depression/anxiety.
And to top it all off, every year around autumn/winter, without fail, I have to take an antibiotic because, as I hope you've figured out, my respiratory system is evil. It seems to take Sherlock's view of breathing. "Oh, breathing. Breathing's boring." -.-

So just remember that when you get sick, it could always be worse. You could be living in a perpetual state of illness that's only held at bay by swallowing what virtually amounts to a meal of medicine every day.

  1. I'm like that, darlin', I'm supposed to have 5 different tablets 3 times day. And each time with food.
I can't do that because we never seem to have anything that's dairy free other than dinner-type-foods. And whatever I buy for myself gets eaten by the sister.
I seem to be alright without them, but whoa, that must suck :/
